Bank Auditor – Business Management, Development & Transformation

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Bank Auditor to join the Business Management, Development and Transformation (BMDT) team within the Support Functions department. The role focuses on assessing outsourced banking services, ensuring compliance, and supporting the Group’s risk management framework.

Key responsibilities

• Produce diagnostic assessments of critical outsourced services (PECI) and verify compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and execute audit missions in line with timelines.
• Identify improvement areas, formulate recommendations, and present findings to auditees.
• Maintain and update audit methodologies.
• Manage relationships with auditees and coordinate with both local and Paris‑based managers.

Required profile

• Higher education in Audit, Finance or Risk Management.
• Initial professional experience in banking or audit.
• Strong knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework governing banking and finance.
• Understanding of banking risk management (credit, financial, ALM, market, insurance, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
