About the role

We are seeking experienced B2B Travel Agents who are fluent in German or French to join our international team. The position is fully remote, based in Portugal, and focuses on supporting business partners with travel arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary changes for corporate clients.
• Provide prompt and professional customer support throughout the travel process.
• Communicate effectively with business partners in German or French.
• Work independently while collaborating with the wider international team.

Required profile

• Fluency in German or French (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, reservations, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Residency in Portugal.
