Azure DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Azure DevSecOps Engineer to join a high‑performing technology team within a leading international organization that provides essential infrastructure services. You will work in a collaborative, multinational environment to design, secure, and automate cloud solutions that support critical business operations and large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep and ARM Templates.
• Implement monitoring, observability and alerting to ensure platform reliability.
• Integrate security, compliance and governance throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
• Continuously improve production environments for stability and resilience.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Strong experience designing and optimising CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven expertise in IaC using Bicec​h and ARM Templates.
• Experience implementing monitoring solutions and embedding security/compliance practices.
• Solid troubleshooting and incident‑management skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of C# for analysis and collaboration with development teams.
• Structured, solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
