AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Operations Delivery Director

About the role

As an Amazon Web Services Cloud Infrastructure and Operations Delivery Director at PwC, you will lead client engagements that focus on cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and AWS deployment. You will set strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor teams while fostering a culture of quality, integrity, inclusion, and commercial thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AWS cloud infrastructure and network architecture engagements from strategy through delivery.
• Shape client technology roadmaps and define target states for cloud and platform transformation.
• Develop AWS‑based infrastructure designs across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and security controls.
• Direct migration planning, platform modernization, and network integration activities across complex environments.
• Guide IT operations, service management, and troubleshooting for cloud and network platforms.
• Coach teams on platform engineering, architecture decisions, and technical issue resolution.
• Build executive‑level client relationships and advance business development opportunities.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure consulting with demonstrated AWS program leadership.
• Preferred advanced education such as a Master’s or MBA and AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent certifications.
• Proven credibility within the AWS partner ecosystem and experience delivering cloud transformation for technology, media, and telecommunications clients.
