Automation & AI Specialist – Power Platform & AI Tools

About the role

As an Automation & AI Specialist you will drive innovation by creating smarter workflows and enabling teams to use cutting‑edge AI tools. You will combine expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, AI assistants and IT infrastructure to scale automation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement low‑code automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to optimise business processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor for AI tools such as Copilot and Gemini, supporting colleagues in adoption and daily use.
• Create and deliver engaging training sessions on AI and automation technologies.
• Support enterprise IT infrastructure topics, including data‑center environments and network security.
• Contribute to a secure and scalable infrastructure by working on segmentation, firewall and access‑control concepts.
• Monitor technology trends and introduce innovative ideas to the organisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable field.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and automation solutions.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or similar AI assistants.
• Experience delivering training or enabling others in technical topics is a plus.
• Good understanding of AI concepts, digital automation and IT infrastructure, including Windows Server.
