Auto General Service Technician

About the role

The General Service Technician provides basic automotive services such as tire mounting, oil changes, vehicle inspections, and minor repairs while ensuring a clean, safe work environment and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tire mounting, balancing, repairs, and related maintenance.
• Change engine oil and filter, install batteries, and check charging systems.
• Assist with brake, alignment, suspension, cooling and electrical diagnostics.
• Repair flat tires, install wiper blades, headlights and other small bulbs.
• Stock and unload tires, keep the shop organized, and support fellow technicians.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Passion for an automotive career and willingness to learn.
