About the role
Veeva is looking for an Associate Lead to manage a remote team that conducts rule‑based web research for OpenData Clinical, a global reference data set of sites and investigators. You will be responsible for improving process efficiency, reducing defects, and ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of 30‑50 freelancers conducting web research.
- Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects.
- Build a dynamic, proactive, and high‑performing team.
- Own your team’s KPIs and overall performance.
- Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously.
Required profile
- 1+ years of working experience.
- Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization.
- Skilled with spreadsheets.
- Comfortable working remotely in an international environment.
