Associate Engineer – 2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Engineer to join our manufacturing team on the 2nd shift. The role combines technical expertise with a proactive approach to support business objectives and production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge and understand business objectives, manufacturing operations, and the company’s dynamic environment.
• Set direction for, lead, and own complex manufacturing engineering tasks that involve multiple inter‑coordinating elements.
• Anticipate and identify key issues, propose creative solutions where precedent does not exist.
• Introduce new methods and assess their impact on other system components.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors for peer‑review of task approaches and verification/validation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in an engineering discipline or equivalent advanced education.
• Ability to work proactively in a manufacturing setting and lead technical tasks on the 2nd shift.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving capability.
