Associate Commercial Legal Counsel

About the role

Feedzai is seeking an Associate Commercial Legal Counsel to support its legal team in Lisbon. The role involves providing legal advice on contracts and regulatory matters, helping the company grow while managing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft software contracts with major banking and payment service customers.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from NDAs to termination.
• Advise internal stakeholders on complex legal and regulatory issues related to the business.
• Coordinate negotiation processes with internal teams, external law firms, suppliers and public authorities.
• Promote a culture of ethics and compliance across the organization.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• 2‑4 years of experience practicing law, preferably with exposure to law firms and secondments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contract, commercial and IT law.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• High professional ethics, integrity and a strategic, risk‑aware mindset.
