Assistente Administrativa – Área Pedagógica

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our school’s pedagogical area. You will ensure smooth daily operations, enabling teachers and students to focus on learning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school.
• Manage schedules, communications and routine office tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and distribute materials.
• Arrange travel, process expense reports and maintain related documentation.
• Organise and preserve records and documents related to school activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with office software, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
