Primary Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a Primary Teacher to plan, deliver and assess high‑quality learning experiences for primary school students. The role focuses on fostering academic, social, emotional and personal development within a safe, inclusive and engaging environment, aligned with the school’s mission, vision and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the primary academic programme, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and innovative, student‑centred teaching practices.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate the primary teaching team, identifying professional development needs and leading pedagogical meetings.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress, implementing support strategies and coordinating behaviour management and wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain timely communication with parents and guardians, participating in meetings, conferences and school events.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and school activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licence as required by local regulations.
• Minimum of X years of teaching experience in primary education; experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management, instructional and assessment skills.
• Sound knowledge of child development and ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs.
• Effective communication, collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.
