Assistant Store Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager you will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will help lead a team of associates, maintain visual standards, and step in to manage the store when the manager is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute action plans that meet sales and business growth targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling techniques to maximize sales.
• Engage customers, build relationships, and foster brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop and coach team members to provide a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned store areas, ensuring merchandising and operational standards are consistently met.
• Perform POS transactions during designated shifts and handle management duties in the manager’s absence.
• Maintain composure during challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
• Support store standards for visual presentation, inventory handling, and overall store appearance.
