Assembler I – Production Assembly & Packaging

About the role

We are looking for an Assembly I to join our production floor, responsible for assembling and packaging pharmaceutical/biotech products in compliance with strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble product components and package items according to the Bill of Materials, blueprints, specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Verify that each product contains all required parts and perform leak and block tests when required.
• Inspect products at every manufacturing stage and ensure parts used are appropriate and in good condition.
• Pack individual units and palletize finished goods following documented procedures.
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Conduct continuous EHS inspections, identify hazards, analyze incidents and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GMP and ability to read and interpret English technical documents.
• Willingness to work third‑shift hours, including weekends, and to perform overtime when needed.

Required skills

• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge.
• Basic assembly and packaging techniques.
