Technician – Mechanics/Electronics/Instrumentation

About the role

Kelly® Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom (SETT) is seeking Technicians to support operations in the central region. The role involves hands‑on work with mechanical, electronic and instrumentation systems, using precise measurement tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electronic and instrumentation tasks as required.
• Use measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers and rulers to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Work all shifts, including weekends and overtime, to meet production needs.
• Handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lb, standing, walking, climbing and crawling.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related technical field.
• Experience in mechanics, electronics and instrumentation.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Physical capability to meet the job’s lifting and movement requirements.
