About the role
The company, a leading international group in kitchen ventilation and cooking solutions, is seeking an Area Manager for Portugal. Based in Lisbon, you will drive commercial growth across both the retail and kitchen specialist channels, building on an existing customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow the current portfolio of retail and kitchen accounts throughout Portugal.
- Identify and acquire new strategic accounts, including buying groups and central purchasing organisations.
- Negotiate annual commercial agreements and improve in‑store execution for the Turboair brand.
- Expand distribution in premium kitchen studios and develop specialised channel partners.
- Implement the group’s commercial strategy locally and report on market share progress.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales or channel management, preferably in retail or kitchen equipment.
- Strong track record of account management and new business development.
- Ability to travel nationwide and conduct daily sales visits.
- Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
Required skills
- Negotiation and contract management.
- Strategic account planning.
- Understanding of retail and specialist kitchen distribution channels.
