ARC Coordinator – Iberia

About the role

The ARC Coordinator Iberia will serve as the primary point of contact between ESAB’s Authorised Repair Centre (ARC) network and the company, ensuring seamless technical support, warranty handling, training and quality compliance across the Iberian market.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and promote a safety culture while driving safety improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, tariff and operational regulations.
• Coordinate technical support and issue escalation between ARCs and ESAB.
• Handle warranty processes, training, quality control and audits for ARCs.
• Provide remote fault diagnosis and on‑site correction when required.
• Support the ESAB sales force on technical matters and gather market intelligence.
• Contribute to achieving the Aftermarket budget by identifying leads and business opportunities.
• Report quality issues from customer sites to internal stakeholders and develop KPIs.

Required profile

• University degree (field not specified).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to improve service delivery to world‑class standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
