Android Developer

About the role

We are seeking an Android Developer to join KWAN’s payments and digital solutions team. You will work on production‑grade Android applications that support critical business operations, contributing to their development, maintenance and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Android solutions that enable core business processes.
• Provide production support, diagnose root causes and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure delivered code meets quality, stability and performance standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams, including product, design and backend engineers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and promote best development practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing Android applications with Kotlin.
• Familiarity with Android Studio and modern UX/UI design principles for mobile.
• Solid understanding of Java, object‑oriented programming, JSON and RESTful APIs.
• Competence with Git version control and common design patterns.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
