AI Trainer (Part‑time)

About the role

Tutai is expanding its AI training portfolio and seeks a part‑time AI Trainer to deliver hands‑on sessions for corporate clients and professionals in Porto. You will translate complex AI concepts into practical applications for diverse audiences, from software teams to executive boards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person AI training sessions for corporate clients and individual professionals in Porto and the surrounding area.
• Teach practical use of Large Language Models (LLMs), automation tools and AI agents within real business contexts.
• Adapt training materials to suit technical teams, business leaders, and other stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with the Tutai team to design, refine, and expand training programmes.
• Monitor learner progress and ensure training objectives are achieved.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in AI with hands‑on experience using LLMs and automation platforms.
• Ability to bridge technical concepts and business applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in training, teaching or knowledge transfer is a plus.
• Available during regular business hours and based in Porto or its greater area.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
