AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

Elinara Labs helps organisations optimise their processes by building fully customised AI‑driven solutions. We are looking for talented engineers to join our team and work on projects that span workflow automation, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, ERP integrations and other cutting‑edge technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Map client processes and design end‑to‑end optimisation solutions.
• Develop robust automation scripts and data‑parsing pipelines using Python or Node.js.
• Deploy applications on‑premises with Docker, ensuring reliability behind corporate firewalls.
• Integrate legacy ERP systems (SAP, SAGE, Primavera, Oracle) via RFC, BAPIs or direct database queries.
• Implement document‑intelligence workflows using OCR engines such as Gemini Vision, Textract or Document AI.
• Transform unstructured inputs (TXT, PDF, XLSX) into clean, structured data using Pandas or Polars.
• Design secure APIs (OAuth, JWT) and connect to Microsoft Graph services (SharePoint, OneDrive).

Required profile

• Strong technical background with a proven track record in backend development and automation.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and delivering results with minimal supervision.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, aggressive execution, and obsessive focus on objectives.
• Excellent ability to quickly understand new domains and solve complex problems.
