About the role

Zendesk is building an AI Delivery team to help customers adopt its AI‑powered Resolution Platform. As an AI Services Consultant (French), you will act as the technical and product expert, guiding customers through configuration, integration and optimization to accelerate time‑to‑value.

Key responsibilities

Provide expert advice on implementing and optimizing Zendesk AI products.
Facilitate change‑management and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption.
Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, defining scope, timelines and stakeholder alignment.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and engineering teams to resolve technical blockers.

Required profile

Strong consulting background with the ability to assess client needs and design strategic AI solutions.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Proven project‑management experience delivering complex technical projects.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast‑moving environment.
