AI Quality Control Assistant

About the role

Alpine Business Consulting is looking for a detail‑oriented AI Quality Control Assistant to help maintain the accuracy of automated tools used in enterprise performance management and reporting. This part‑time, fully remote contract role supports senior consultants by providing human oversight of AI‑generated outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated technical documentation to ensure compliance with internal configuration guides.
• Check summaries of financial reporting requirements for logic errors introduced by the software.
• Verify consistent formatting across decks, spreadsheets, and handover documents.
• Flag generic or speculative AI content that lacks concrete facts.
• Compare automated data exports with original sources to identify calculation or rounding discrepancies.
• Update internal documentation templates when new workflow errors are discovered.
• Provide feedback to senior consultants on prompt and tool reliability.
• Maintain a log of errors and corrections to improve quality‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Organized and naturally skeptical, with a strong eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with complex data and technical language.
• Ability to follow long, detailed configuration guides accurately.
• Excellent reading comprehension and ability to spot subtle contradictions.
• Reliable internet connection and self‑discipline to manage an independent schedule.
