AI Automation Specialist (Marketing background)

About the role

This position is for a technically skilled marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of AI, automation, and growth strategy. You will design, build and optimise AI‑powered marketing systems for fast‑growing e‑commerce, subscription and food & beverage brands, working remotely in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AI‑driven automation workflows across multiple brands and channels.
• Build scalable systems for content generation, reporting, customer insights, email marketing and operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimise SEO initiatives, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking and competitor analysis.
• Develop lifecycle email campaigns (welcome flows, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, retention).
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve reliability and scalability.
• Analyse funnel performance and campaign metrics to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical stakeholders to rapidly deliver solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in marketing automation, workflow optimisation or systems development.
• Hands‑on expertise with automation platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier or n8n.
• Practical experience implementing AI‑driven workflows using Claude, ChatGPT or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, organic growth, email automation and e‑commerce ecosystems.
