Agile Master – Team Leadership (f/m/div.)

About the role

As an Agile Master you will champion an agile mindset, enable high‑performing teams and drive continuous improvement across the organization. In addition to Agile Master duties you will act as a team leader, supporting talent growth, coaching, conflict resolution and hiring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments as a servant leader.
• Coach teams toward self‑organization, continuous improvement and high performance.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritisation.
• Promote agile values, principles and best practices across teams.
• Create transparency on progress, risks and challenges to aid decision‑making.
• Drive team development, knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous learning.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to advance agile transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Proven experience as an Agile practitioner (e.g., Agile Master, Scrum Master).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach, resolve conflicts and manage stakeholders.
