Aftersales Manager (Parts and Service)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our parts and service departments, ensuring a superior customer experience throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, mentor and coach Service Supervisors and Parts Sales Specialists.
• Coordinate service scheduling, equipment maintenance, and work order processes.
• Monitor warranty claims, returns, exchanges, and quality-related issues.
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to exceed customer expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent leadership and customer service abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• High school diploma and/or technical school education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
