Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost”. The programme seeks to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector. We are looking for a qualified Non‑Key Expert – Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert to provide administrative, operational and logistical support for programme implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor contracts and project activities to ensure compliance with donor and programme requirements.
• Support financial reporting, including preparation of reports and tracking of expenditures.
• Organise and coordinate meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and other events related to the project.
• Provide day‑to‑day logistical and operational assistance, including procurement and travel arrangements.
• Facilitate communication between partners, stakeholders and the project team.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of professional experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes, with duties covering contract monitoring, financial reporting and event organisation.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Experience working in Africa is considered an advantage.
