Administrative Assistant – French Speaker

About the role

WTW is seeking a French‑speaking Administrative Assistant to support its Corporate Risk and Broking division in Lisbon. You will handle claims‑related administrative tasks, interact with internal and external partners, and contribute to efficient client service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver statements of situation for motor insurance clients.
• Maintain and update the third‑party database (workshops, loss adjusters, insurers).
• Manage day‑to‑day communication with internal clients regarding contract matters.
• Update statistical reports and perform third‑party follow‑up.
• Complete administrative filing and ensure compliance with procedures.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective prioritisation, time‑management and high accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in French – minimum B2 level, C1 preferred.
