About the role
The Administration Services Assistant provides high‑quality administrative support to executives, senior managers and teams across BNP Paribas locations. Working in a fast‑paced shared service centre, the role focuses on streamlining daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to service partners locally and on‑shore, managing calendars, meetings and digital/VC calls.
- Arrange corporate travel, adhering to policy for flights, trains, hotels, cars and taxis.
- Process out‑of‑pocket expense claims, invoices and cost reports accurately and on time.
- Handle access‑rights requests, IT support tickets, application licences, mailing‑list updates and shared mailbox management.
- Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including UID issuance, IT tools, access badges and directory updates.
- Support fellow Administrative Assistants by covering absences and sharing best practices.
- Assist with visa arrangements, business‑card orders, document creation (Word/PowerPoint), event organisation, catering, translations and ad‑hoc queries.
Required profile
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- High adaptability and attention to detail.
- Client‑focused mindset with excellent oral and written communication.
- Fluent English and operational French.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
