Accounts Payable Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join a growing finance team. This position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring accuracy and organization in all vendor‑related financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for proper approvals.
• Prepare vendor payments and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Assist with month‑end close activities and audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
