Accounts and Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasts to senior management.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll, vendor payments, and client invoicing.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Experience leading budgeting cycles and delivering financial forecasts.
• Capability to monitor cash flow and maintain adequate liquidity.
• Familiarity with tax compliance and audit coordination.
• Experience overseeing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
