Account Manager – Special Services – E‑Mobility

About the role

As an Account Manager – Special Services – E‑Mobility you will be the primary functional contact for corporate clients adopting Galp/Daloop’s digital electric‑mobility solutions. You will guide customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful integration of EV charging services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the functional configuration and positioning of Galp/Daloop’s digital electric‑mobility platforms for corporate accounts.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding, including parameter setup, access configuration, training sessions and initial support.
• Facilitate client integration with internal teams and technology partners, ensuring seamless platform adoption.
• Provide second‑line functional product support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor usage, adoption and satisfaction, driving Customer Success initiatives and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Participate in validation of new equipment, features, integrations and solutions within the EV charging ecosystem.
• Help define and continuously improve onboarding, support and customer‑experience processes.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation, training materials and support content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• Professional experience in Customer Success, Product Management, Account Management or Digital Solutions implementation.
• Familiarity with the electric‑mobility sector and corporate EV‑charging solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Construction, Maintenance and Back‑office teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Daloop platforms (eMSP and/or CPO).
• Understanding of electric‑vehicle charging protocols and management platforms.
• Proficiency in configuring and supporting digital electric‑mobility platforms.
