Account Manager – Remote (Leasing)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Account Managers to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process. You will act as the main point of contact, delivering a “white‑glove” client experience while ensuring tight execution from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the owner’s primary contact during the leasing process and provide a white‑glove experience.
• Drive execution across the workflow by confirming readiness, gathering missing information, coordinating next steps, and preventing delays.
• Provide proactive updates so owners always know what’s happening and what comes next.
• Manage time‑sensitive items with urgency and strong communication.
• Ensure documentation is collected and tracked according to company processes.
• Maintain clean CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow‑ups, and stage movement.
• Escalate issues early when needed to protect client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of account management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients/files simultaneously with consistent follow‑up.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling client issues.
• High process discipline and comfort working in a structured CRM workflow.
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize quickly in a high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
