Account Manager – Portugal

About the role

Easy4Pro is looking for an Account Manager to lead the implementation and growth of its logistics SaaS platform in Portugal. You will act as the primary contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing usage while driving retention and upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the rollout of the Easy4Pro platform within client organisations and provide initial training.
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring high‑level organisation and proactive project management.
• Analyse market opportunities and tailor the solution to meet specific customer requirements.
• Identify down‑trading accounts, implement corrective actions, and monitor their recovery.
• Gather feedback to suggest product improvements and relay troubleshooting issues to the help‑desk team.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate activity records.
• Create onboarding, training, retention and upselling materials.
• Support the manager and Customer Success agents during peak periods.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• University degree (B.S. or Master) in business, entrepreneurship or a related field.
• Self‑starter with strong organisational and independent work capabilities.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑oriented approach.
• Proven experience in B2B sales of digital/web applications and project management.
• Dynamic, motivated, rigorous, team‑player, and persuasive.
