About the role
Neara is looking for an Account Manager to lead the post‑sale journey for Portuguese utilities. You will act as the bridge between our AI‑driven digital twin platform and the operational teams that manage the power grid, ensuring the technology delivers measurable resilience and value.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle for Portuguese accounts, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Integrate Neara’s platform into daily workflows such as vegetation management, clearance analysis and CAPEX prioritisation.
- Translate complex AI/physics model outputs into executive‑level business insights.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain senior relationships with DSOs and TSOs.
- Represent the Portuguese market within EU Sales, Deployment and Product teams to align the roadmap with local needs.
- Monitor customer health scores, drive Net Revenue Retention and identify upsell opportunities.
Required profile
- 5‑10+ years of experience in Account Management, Technical Consulting or Customer Success.
- Background in utilities, infrastructure, energy or engineering SaaS.
- Fluent Portuguese and professional English.
- Comfortable discussing data‑driven results with engineers and executives.
