Account Manager – Lisbon

About the role

As an Account Manager for Playlist’s ClassPass platform, you will be the primary point of contact for fitness and wellness studios in the Lisbon market. You will help partners maximise the value of their relationship with ClassPass by analysing performance data, recommending growth strategies, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑revenue portfolio of boutique fitness and wellness partners.
• Drive revenue and reservation growth through upselling, new supply prospecting, and product adoption.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, interpret metrics and market trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Advocate for partner needs internally, escalating technical issues and feature requests.
• Maintain partner retention targets and identify opportunities to improve inventory availability.
• Build long‑term relationships across top, medium and lower‑tier accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client relationships in a B2B environment, preferably within fitness, wellness or related services.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis and market insights.
• Strong communication skills to convey the ClassPass value proposition and troubleshoot partner issues.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
