About the role

Link is seeking motivated Account Managers to drive commercial activity for its Managed Services and Logistics & Industry divisions. You will be responsible for building long‑term partnerships with clients and helping them transition to fully digital organisations.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new business and expand existing accounts across the IT consulting and services market.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate pipeline management.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Spot upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to fuel growth.
  • Represent Link in commercial and market‑facing initiatives.

Required profile

  • Proven B2B sales experience in the IT sector, preferably in consulting or services.
  • Ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a high degree of autonomy.
