Account Manager – IT Consulting (Hybrid, Porto)

About the role

Wire IT is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its agile, people‑centered team in Porto. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, strengthening existing relationships, and driving business growth within the IT consulting sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing existing accounts.
• Develop and present commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client initiatives with Wire IT’s strategic objectives.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the IT market, its operations, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor account performance, forecast revenue, and contribute to business development strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 4‑5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT sector.
• Strong understanding of the market, public and private contracts, and relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with a collaborative approach.
