Account Executive – SaaS Fintech (Lisbon) – €45K + Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a full‑cycle Account Executive to join a fast‑growing fintech that is transforming property payments for conveyancing firms. You will sell a SaaS platform that simplifies and secures international real‑estate transactions for law firms, agents and other professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and manage a pipeline of conveyancing firms across the territory.
• Own the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing, handling multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Achieve a target of 8–10 new clients per month.
• Deliver tailored product demos and develop solutions that meet client needs.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, keeping clients informed of product updates.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track opportunities and sales activity.
• Support the migration of existing clients onto the SaaS platform during the onboarding period.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in SaaS or digital‑solution sales (full‑cycle) or 2–3 years as a high‑performing SDR ready to step up.
• Field‑based sales experience selling digital solutions to traditional, analogue customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with law‑firm owners and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in Portuguese (native or C1+) and strong English.
• Proven ability to map a territory and identify key revenue opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working independently in a growing team.
