Account Executive – MI Clarity (Oncology Sales)

About the role

The Account Executive for MI Clarity will champion Caris’s AI‑driven prognostic assay for post‑menopausal patients with HR‑positive/HER2‑negative, node‑negative early‑stage breast cancer. Working closely with oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists and health‑system leaders, you will drive awareness, adoption and utilization of the test across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on the clinical utility, prognostic value and supporting evidence of MI Clarity.
• Present validation data and differentiate AI‑based pathology analysis from traditional genomic assays.
• Deliver in‑person and virtual educational programs and consultative discussions on risk stratification and treatment planning.
• Position MI Clarity as a decision‑support tool, addressing assay performance, patient selection, workflow integration and turnaround time.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase test ordering and long‑term growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with medical oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators and health‑system administrators.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of oncology, breast‑cancer treatment pathways and molecular diagnostics.
• Experience engaging clinicians in value‑based conversations and evidence‑based selling.
• Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive adoption of diagnostic technologies.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI‑driven diagnostic assays.
• Familiarity with clinical workflow integration.
