Account Executive – French Speaking (Lisbon, Hybrid)

About the role

Cyncly is looking for a French‑speaking Account Executive to join its Lisbon team. The role focuses on generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships across the kitchen and bathroom software market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while contributing to the company’s revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets by acquiring new accounts and selling Cyncly’s solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline using cold calling, email campaigns and industry networking.
• Update CRM daily with accurate customer and pipeline information.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts and ensure revenue delivery.
• Generate short‑term results while keeping a long‑term revenue perspective.

Required profile

• Proven new‑business sales experience, preferably with small‑ to medium‑size customers.
• Ability to manage a defined territory, prioritize target accounts and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong prospecting, qualification, demonstration, negotiation and closing skills.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and data management.
