About the role

The Welcome Desk Agent (Guest Experience Expert) creates memorable first impressions for hotel guests. You will guide visitors through check‑in and check‑out, respond to requests, share local highlights, and ensure a smooth, personalized stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the check‑in/check‑out process.
• Address guest inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
• Provide information about local attractions and amenities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and confidential work environment.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
