Warehouse Manager – Luxury Footwear Brand

About the role

Jude, a fast‑growing luxury footwear brand, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead its Porto warehouse operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the flow of goods, from receipt to shipping, ensuring the highest standards for B2B and D2C customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within the Porto warehouse, overseeing incoming goods, storage, order fulfillment, packing, and timely shipping of luxury footwear.
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of all B2B and D2C orders, using the internal ERP system for stock management and shipping accuracy.
• Coordinate regular stock restocking and preparation for four major new collection launches each year.
• Support inventory planning and ensure smooth transitions between seasons and ongoing restocking schedules.
• Collaborate with the PR & Marketing team to dispatch product samples to media, influencers, and partners for collection launches.
• Maintain precise stock records and implement procedures for optimum warehouse operations.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting quality and efficiency.
• Support inventory audits and manage product returns and exchanges as necessary.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of warehouse management or senior warehouse operations experience, preferably within footwear, apparel, or luxury goods.
• Proficiency with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities; detail‑oriented and committed to upholding luxury standards.
• Experience handling both B2B and D2C order fulfillment.
• Prior exposure to seasonal launches and ongoing restocking logistics is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
