Warehouse Employee – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Employee to join our night‑shift team at Cardinal Health. The position supports the efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to customer shipment during evening and overnight hours. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling both manual and automated tasks to meet service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage and label orders for outbound shipment.
• Load, unload and transport materials within the facility using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Operate warehouse management system and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment and adhere to EHS and QRA policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred) with 1‑2 years of warehouse experience.
• Active Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to lift 30 lb or more and operate material‑handling equipment safely.
• Commitment to follow site safety regulations and wear required PPE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
