Warehouse Coordinator & Parts Expeditor

About the role

Avincis is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator & Parts Expeditor to ensure the Pt145 maintenance organisation receives the right components at the right time. Based in Salemas, Lisbon, you will work closely with supply planning, purchasing and warehouse teams to keep aircraft maintenance on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of parts from planning through to delivery, supporting both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and traceability in line with EASA/FAA regulations.
• Manage domestic and international shipments, operating warehouse equipment as needed.
• Communicate daily with maintenance teams on part availability and forecast delivery dates.
• Participate in maintenance planning meetings to capture up‑to‑date parts requirements.
• Escalate stock shortages and work with suppliers to develop solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in aviation or high‑tech parts logistics.
• Familiarity with EASA/FAA compliance for aircraft materials.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
