About the role
Join the team of a luxurious 15‑room boutique hotel located in the historic Amoreiras neighbourhood of Lisbon. As a Waiter, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in an elegant setting.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, providing information and recommendations.
- Carry out pre‑service preparations for the restaurant.
- Maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness and readiness at all times.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and periodic stock‑takes.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment, utensils and raw materials.
- Guarantee correct use of equipment, utensils and raw materials.
- Comply with HACCP standards.
- Handle guest complaints and suggestions professionally.
Required profile
- Experience in restaurant or hotel service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
Required skills
- HACCP compliance.
- Stock control and inventory management.
