About the role

Join the team of a luxurious 15‑room boutique hotel located in the historic Amoreiras neighbourhood of Lisbon. As a Waiter, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in an elegant setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, providing information and recommendations.
• Carry out pre‑service preparations for the restaurant.
• Maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness and readiness at all times.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and periodic stock‑takes.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment, utensils and raw materials.
• Guarantee correct use of equipment, utensils and raw materials.
• Comply with HACCP standards.
• Handle guest complaints and suggestions professionally.

Required profile

• Experience in restaurant or hotel service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.

Required skills

• HACCP compliance.
• Stock control and inventory management.
