About the role
You will shape and execute the long‑term strategy for Namecheap’s hosting and site‑creation portfolio, bringing Shared Hosting, VPS, and the Alf Website Builder together into a cohesive, AI‑forward offering.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the roadmap and positioning for Shared Hosting, VPS, and Website Builder, including pricing, packaging and upgrade paths.
- Drive AI‑forward product direction, embedding agentic capabilities and automation across the portfolio.
- Align Product, Engineering, Marketing, CX and Finance around clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor market and competitive trends and translate insights into portfolio decisions.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in the web presence industry (hosting, managed WordPress, website builders or related platforms).
- Technical fluency in hosting infrastructure and ability to engage credibly with engineering teams.
- Track record of bringing AI‑powered products or features to market and scaling adoption.
- Strong commercial and portfolio‑strategy capability, including pricing and margin management.
