VIP Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated VIP Account Manager to join our VIP Operations team in Porto. In this full‑time position you will build and nurture relationships with high‑value clients, delivering personalized service and ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular, proactive contact with VIP customers, offering tailored support and guidance.
• Monitor client activity such as deposits, withdrawals, and bonus progression.
• Communicate account updates, promotions, and relevant opportunities promptly.
• Assist VIP clients with payment issues and general account inquiries.
• Collect feedback, provide insights to management, and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance and activity reports.
• Support additional operational tasks as assigned and adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, customer success, support, or VIP services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong relationship‑building and client‑retention mindset.
• Professional, customer‑centric attitude with the ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory) and availability for daytime shifts.
