Video Producer

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Creative Producer (Video Producer). You will lead end-to-end video production that strengthens brand storytelling, educates users and drives engagement across digital platforms, combining creative vision with project management. The post is currently used to build the talent pool before the official job is launched; it is fully onsite in Lisbon, with relocation support offered.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and scripting: work with Marketing, Creative and Product teams to develop video concepts, write scripts and create storyboards aligned with brand guidelines.
• Production management: oversee filming, hire and direct crews, source talent, manage sets and locations and ensure equipment is available.
• Post-production oversight: guide editing, colour grading, sound design and motion graphics.
• Platform optimization: adapt video assets for social media, web and in-app content while keeping quality consistent.
• Quality control and budgeting: maintain brand standards, meet deadlines and stay within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications or a related field.
• About 3+ years of experience in video production, including conceptualization, filming and editing.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills, able to handle several projects at once.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of production equipment.
