Vendedor At Large – Área Metropolitana

About the role

Pan American Grain is seeking a proactive Vendedor At Large to drive sales growth across the assigned metropolitan territory in Puerto Rico. You will be responsible for promoting the company’s brands and products, supporting existing routes, and ensuring a strong presence in supermarkets.

Key responsibilities

• Cover licenses of established route sellers and provide support as needed.
• Visit and maintain relationships with all clients on your route.
• Achieve and maintain sales quotas and promotional offers for various brands.
• Execute sales for events coordinated by the Marketing and Promotions Department.
• Handle sales transactions, collections, and deposits according to company guidelines.
• Coordinate promotional activities such as Happy Hours, anniversaries, and other client‑requested events.
• Install and maintain promotional signage, banners, posters, and POP materials.
• Visit clients with frozen‑product machines to ensure proper inventory levels and optimal machine operation.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and other required documentation.
• Perform additional tasks assigned based on business needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 3 years of sales experience.
• Proven experience selling to supermarkets.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Strong numerical aptitude, responsibility, and excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Negotiation and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout Puerto Rico, primarily the South and West regions.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
