VBA Developer (French Speaker) – Hybrid in Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a VBA Developer who is fluent in French and English to join our Lisbon team. You will design, develop, and maintain VBA solutions for Excel and Access, supporting business units with automated workflows and data integration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise VBA macros in Excel and Access to automate business processes.
• Integrate VBA applications with SQL databases for data extraction and reporting.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure code quality and performance.
• Support the team with occasional Python scripting when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in VBA development.
• Strong expertise in VBA for Excel and Access.
• Good knowledge of SQL and ability to work autonomously.
• English and French language skills at least B2 level.
• Based in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
