Value Realization Director

About the role

Visteon is seeking a senior leader to create and run its Value Realization Office (VRO). The director will ensure that ERP and SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes generate measurable financial, operational and customer benefits that align with the company’s global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the VRO, defining value metrics, tracking mechanisms and governance for all SAP and ERP initiatives.
• Align ERP road‑maps with business strategy and translate soft efficiencies into hard cost savings, FTE reductions and quality improvements.
• Develop and maintain a value governance model based on Visteon’s Vision‑to‑Value framework and conduct executive‑level value reviews.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops using process‑mining tools (e.g., Celonis), data analytics and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement a repeatable value pipeline, embed value considerations into project charters, design decisions and change‑control processes.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT and HR to build capability, drive change management and scale adoption of new digital ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes in a global, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply‑chain and operational processes and ability to quantify both soft and hard value.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
